These are ZTE’s return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the following address: ztedevices.com(“ZTE”). If you purchase products through offline channels or other channels, please contact the final vendor who sells the products to you. If you are not satisfied with your device for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery, please contact ZTE Support Center via email/hotline for help. Products that are received by ZTE in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and will be rejected: Any product not purchased from “ztedevices.com”. Any product with missing serial number or warranty seal, damaged or altered. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Any product that exhibits physical damage. Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
Our policy lasts 15 calendar days from the delivery date. Return costs are only free for refund and replacement due to manufacturer reason within the return policy period. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Before you return the items in which you have saved personal information, you must erase this information completely before sending the items back to us. Refund Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notice you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card automatically or original method of payment, within a certain period. The refund time will depend on the payment method.
